What you can look forward to:

You assist in the preparation of loan decisions for both new and existing real estate portfolios, bringing your commitment and expertise to the forefront.
You handle repayments, redemptions, and assist in hedging and fixings, while also ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and covenants.
You take charge of maintaining files, managing the credit aspects of construction works, evaluating borrower reporting, and conducting ongoing risk monitoring.
You provide support in analyzing appraisal reports, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of property valuations.

What we can look forward to:

Degree in Economics, Business Management or Law or an equivalent combination resulting from commercial vocational training in Banking or Real Estate
Initial experience in finance, with a solid understanding of banking principles, property evaluation, balance sheet analysis, and cash flow modeling.
Strong analytical capabilities for assessing real estate projects, along with excellent intercultural communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Business-level English is a must together with very good proficiency in French
Secure working in MS Office
