ITM is a privately owned biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical group of companies dedicated to the development, production and global supply of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes for use in cancer treatment. We are developing a proprietary portfolio and growing pipeline of targeted treatments in various stages of clinical development addressing cancers such as neuroendocrine cancers or bone metastases. Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radionuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology. The headquarters are located in the heart of the research center of the Technical University of Munich (TUM).
We would like to fill the following vacancy as soon as possible:

Inside Sales Representative for Partner/Distributor Accounts (f/m/d)

Your Role:

  • Support the team by working effectively with the customers, understanding their needs and support the sales managers in a client facing role
  • Coordinate with multiple local departments and customers to ensure streamlined communication and goals across accounts
  • Assist in creating intercompany documents; working across teams to gather relevant information
  • provide proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via the telephone, e-mail, online platforms etc
  • Creation of sales reports and maintaining customer data in the CRM System
  • Creation of quotes, offers, contract drafts and proactive involvement in tendering processes
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers

What we are looking for:

  • Completed degree in pharmacy, natural sciences, economics or comparable
  • > 2 years’ experience in the medical or pharmaceutical Industry is a plus
  • Highly developed ability to communicate complex correlations comprehensively customer focus and reliability
  • Team spirit, flexibility, resilience and independent working style
  • Very good German and fluent business English
  • Familiar with MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point
  • Proactive and independent way of working as well as assertiveness
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
