People Mobility Specialist (m/f/d)

» Your responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support and guidance for a smooth relocation and integration into the host country, including visa applications, housing support, medical care arrangements, and intercultural trainings
• Manage the employment contracts and compensation packages of Expats to ensure compliance with legal requirements in both the home and host countries
• Serve as a liaison between Expats and various internal departments to ensure all requirements and needs are met
• Demonstrate an understanding of cultural differences and challenges, offering solutions for overcoming them (intercultural trainings and language courses)
• Stay updated on applicable labour laws and tax regulations in different countries to ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Document all expat-specific activities and regularly report to superiors, create and manage budgets for global cost projections and cost control to ensure cost effective moves
• Work on the continuous development of our international assignment processes and policies; act as an advisor for global business solutions

 
» Your profile:

• You graduate in business administration or human resource management or have a similar background
• You have experience of working and living abroad and ideally in managing global people mobility (expatriation, remote working, etc.)
• You foster international teamwork, enjoy sharing your knowledge and in doing so empowering your colleagues
• You love to communicate interculturally, consult, negotiate and persuade in English (written and spoken)
• You have a can-do attitude and enthusiastic personality when it comes to developing new initiatives and making sure to take them to the next level
• You enjoy working on both a strategic as well as operational level
• You are used to work with MS office applications
