To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Project Engineer – Façade (m/f/d)
in fulltime and unlimited for the region of Malmö.
Your tasks
- Technical consulting of architects, general contractors and installers with the aim of increasing sales in Sweden with a strong focus on facade projects
- Involvement in the entire construction process: work operationally within project planning, cost estimation and documentation
- Processing and preparation of tenders, specifications, detailed technical solutions, etc.
- Pushing sales forward by technically support your regional sales team and creating project pipelines
- Acquisition of new customers (search and evaluation of potential Projects), competition monitoring (incl. market analyses and observations) and trend analyses
- Handling orders such as processing (SAP) including support in planning and organizing the logistics
- Active customer advice and support in all key matters, as well as instruction and verification of the work of processors
- Creating and actively working with an opportunity pipeline in saleforce to generate sales
- Participation in regional and national construction and trade fairs
You are...
- smart? You have completed a post-secondary education as a construction engineer or comparable training with several years of professional experience as well as sound knowledge in the field of building materials. Experience in façade constructions is highly desired. Furthermore you are familiar reading drawings and performing quantity surveying work as well as Drawing Management in AutoCAD and/or Revit and BIM.
- driven? Standing still is a foreign word for you. You’ve got a highly motivated mindset as well as the ability to set the right priorities quickly – and also adjust them.
- real? You have strong interpersonal communication skills (Swedish and English) as well as the ability to work collaboratively with your team. Commitment to the corporate culture, vision, mission and values are natural for you.
