What part will you play?

• You develop simulation techniques and models for vacuum circuit breaker and vacuum interrupter as a key player for the digital twin agenda within the department
• You are well familiar with CFD, electric and magnetic fields, different material models and complex physical processes; knowledge of plasma and arc simulations can be an advantage
• With your knowledge in simulation and technical competence you support our colleagues of product development and product care
• Within our company, you act above department boundaries and are a point of contact for internal and external partners, research institutes and universities

What you need to make real what matters.

• You have a Masters Degree in physics, materials science, engineering or similar; a PhD can be an advantage
• You have long term experience in the fields of numerical simulation and vacuum switching technology, or related topics
• You are trained in the use of simulation software, e.g. Siemens NX, Comsol, Ansys
• Furthermore, you exhibit proficient skills in both written and spoken German and English
• Your personality is characterized by creativity, analytical skills, result and quality orientation
