Senior Continuous Improvement Manager / Account Manager

Your activities as a new Operational Key Account Manager (m/f/d) could not be more diverse!

  • Drive a culture of customer focus, data driven decision making, to improve ownership ofprocesses and operational metrics
  • Gain `buy in` from all levels of the organization, identifying and managing stakeholders
  • Manage assigned portfolio, providing capability and agility to support organizationtransformation and growth
  • Designing, procuring and negotiating international transport and logistics services
  • Evaluation, testing and implementation of transport and logistics concepts as well as optimization of our customers' transport and network structures
  • Structure and regularly update savings pipeline as a part of the annual budget preparation andmanagement
  • Independent evaluation and reporting of logistics key figures as well as creation ofAnalysis of market trends, creation of benchmarks and identification of new suppliers

This is what you bring to the table as an Operational Key Account Manager (m/f/d):

  • Has experience in managing and executing logistics projects
  • Profound knowledge in analyzing, evaluating and optimizing transport flows and processes
  • Confident handling of MS Office products combined with an IT affinity for special applications inthe logistics sector
  • Very good communication skills both at management level and in the operational environment
  • Independent and team-oriented working style with good time management skills
  • Profound knowledge of English
  • Willingness to travel
