Deine Aufgaben

Design and implement litigation strategies tailored for the Spanish market.
Collaborate with external law firms to enhance the effectiveness of litigation processes.
Drive the profitability of Flightrights business through strategic legal initiatives.
Spearhead the development and innovation of enforcement procedures.
Represent the company in court proceedings in Spain when required.
Formulate clear instructions for operational teams to manage individual cases efficiently.
Take ownership of high-stakes litigation, overseeing cases from appeals to the European Court of Justice (ECJ).

Dein Profil

You are a licensed lawyer for the Spanish legal system.
You have 2-4 years of active professional experience, including litigation at court.
You have an eye for the bigger picture.
You are fascinated by strategic thinking.
You demonstrate strong communication skills.
You work independently, while valuing collaboration with team colleagues as sparring partners.
