In your new role as CRM Manager in our Operations Team, you are responsible for mapping and optimizing various customer journeys from marketing to offboarding. You will develop standards across all programs and ensure their implementation to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the CRM system and processes.

Your fields of action in a glance:

You develop CRM strategies along the customer journey and implement them.
You manage and optimize our CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring that the data captured there is always up-to-date and complete.
You identify optimization potentials in our CRM system and develop and implement corresponding measures.
You are responsible for analyzing the data from our CRM system and presenting relevant metrics.
You train and support our team in using our CRM system.
As part of the Operations Team, you support in shaping processes and implementing automation solutions.

You’re a good fit for us if you bring the following:

You have a degree in Business Administration, IT, Business Informatics, or Marketing, or a completed apprenticeship in a relevant field with initial professional experience.
You have comprehensive knowledge of CRM systems, preferably with prior experience working with HubSpot.
You possess excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
You have experience in data analysis and visualization.
You have very good communication and training skills, which you have successfully demonstrated.
You ideally have initial experience in a dynamic work environment such as entrepreneurship or innovation.
You are fluent in English both written and spoken, can also communicate well in German, and enjoy intercultural experiences.

In deiner neuen Rolle als CRM Manager in unserem Operations Team, bist du verantwortlich, verschiedene Customer Journeys vom Marketing bis zum Offboarding abzubilden und zu optimieren. Du entwickelst Standards über alle Programme hinweg und stellst diese auch sicher, um Effektivität & Effizienz des CRM-Systems und der Prozesse zu steigern.

Deine Aufgabengebiete auf einen Blick:

Du entwickelst CRM-Strategien entlang der Customer Journey und implementierst diese.
Du verwaltest und optimierst unser CRM-System (HubSpot) und stellst sicher, dass die dort erfassten Daten stets aktuell und vollständig sind.
Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale in unserem CRM-System und entwickelst und implementierst entsprechende Maßnahmen.
Du bist verantwortlich für die Analyse der Daten unseres CRM-Systems und stellst relevante Kennzahlen dar.
Du schulst und unterstützt unser Team bei der Nutzung unseres CRM-Systems.
Du unterstützt als Teil des Operations-Teams bei der Gestaltung von Prozessen und bei der Umsetzung von Automatisierungslösungen.

Wir suchen Dich, wenn Du bist/hast:

Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, IT, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Marketing beziehungsweise über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem relevanten Fachgebiet mit erster Berufserfahrung.
Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in CRM-Systemen, vorzugsweise hast du bereits mit HubSpot gearbeitet.
Du verfügst über exzellente Problemlösungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
Du hast Erfahrung in der Analyse und Darstellung von Daten.
Du hast sehr gute Kommunikations- und Schulungsfähigkeiten und hast diese bereits erfolgreich unter Beweis gestellt.
Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrung in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld wie im Unternehmertum oder Innovationsumfeld.
Du beherrscht Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift, kannst dich zudem gut auf Deutsch verständigen und verfügst über Freude an Interkulturalität.
