For our development and production site in Pfaffenhofen/Ilm we are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position:

 

Manager (m/f/x) Systems Clinical Supply Planning & Operations

                            

The position:

The job holder is responsible for the "Clinical Supply Planning and Operations" area in the implementation and maintenance of SAP S4 HANA in combination with an SAP "Clinical Supply Management Module".

 

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Project representative for the global introduction of SAP S4 HANA (4D project) 
  • Collaboration with colleagues from the project team at a global level and with external partners
  • Focus on Clinical Supply Operations (Planing, Manufacturing, Logistics) and in addition Pharmaceutical Development (Bio-compounds, QP-function)
  • Cooperation with IT colleagues for concept development and project coordination
  • Knowledge of relevant IT regulations, compliance, qualification and validation
  • Collaborates with other functions to gain a basic understanding of the processes that affect Clinical Supply Systems
  • Gathers user requirements and aligns them with all stakeholders (e.g. planning, packaging, IRT, logistics)
  • Change management
  • Presentation of workflows/processes in collaboration with the specialist department
  • Collaboration in the "Design and Build" phase and configuration of the system
  • Definition of user roles
  • System integration testing (SIT) in the existing IT environment
  • Testing the system and comparing it with the requirements - "User acceptance testing" (UAT)
  • Creation of work instructions
  • Training of employees and contact person for employees during implementation
  • Implementation of the system in regular operations
  • Ensuring regulatory GxP compliance                        

 

Personal skills and professional experience:

  • University degree in life sciences or informatics technology or business studies with a focus on informatics
  • IT digitalisation specialist
  • Several years of relevant professional experience required 
  • Global project management and communication skills
  • SAP S4 HANA knowledge (MM, MES, ICSM, DMC, BRH)
  • Functional knowledge of Clinical Supply Operations, Formulation Engineering and QP release function processes
  • Strong coordination skills and ability to organize and execute
  • Interest in overarching processes (E2E processes, overall interrelationships)
  • Documentation: ability to present complex issues in a simple manner
  • Careful and precise way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and independently/unsupervised
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and German
  • Flexible response to changing priorities, requirements and conditions
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Very good knowledge of GxP requirements
  • Very good knowledge of specific IMP requirements, operational processes and quality control
