What part will you play?
For our Occupational Safety team at Siemens AG we are looking for a multi-talented individual to support and develop global reporting and monitoring, both content and technology.

Your tasks

  • You will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the global health and safety reporting process, connecting data for a broader understanding of the overall context of our global operation.
  • In doing so, you will also support designing and setting the future-oriented leading indicators.
  • You will advise operational and senior management on innovative approaches for effective and transparent safety and health management monitoring in connection with EHS Programs and Initiatives.
  • Furthermore, you will maintain the highest transparency and data quality in close cooperation with the international EHS community.
  • You will prepare company-specific data analyses, evaluations, and reports at the request of the Management Team.
  • Additionally, you shall maintain close contact with the global Siemens EHS community, provide training, communicate independently in internal channels and organize regular exchanges. In your role, you are part of the Siemens EHS Community and make a significant contribution to Siemens's EHS strategy and sustainability ambition.

What you need to make real what matters.

  • You have a completed master’s degree in health or safety-related matters, with a high affinity for data analysis and handling software tools.
  • You bring several years of professional working experience in health and safety functions, project management, and ideally around digitalization and data management.
  • Your consulting, project management, and data management approach are highly systematic and structured.
  • You have excellent knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Snowflake). Proficient knowledge of content management systems (e.g., SharePoint), and statistic applications
  • You know agile frameworks and a Scrum Master certification is desirable.
  • And: you are also interested in ensuring and improving the health, safety, and well-being of employees, and want to help shape change in the world of work.
  • Fluent German and English are fundamental for this profile.
