YOUR ROLE

• Act as a trusted advisor to Henkel's CFO and CSVP Controlling & Development with regards to financial performance analysis
  
• Prepare financial reporting for Management Board, Shareholders' Committee and Supervisory Board
  
• Scan Henkel's market and competitive landscape
  
• Further shape Henkel's financial steering model
  
• Act as interface to Group Strategy Unit, Investor Relations and Group Accounting
  
• Drive digitalization projects of Henkel's Group Controlling processes

YOUR SKILLS

• Master's degree with specialization in finance & controlling
• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience with financial reporting and BI systems
• Profound knowledge in controlling and accounting processes
• Advanced skills in Excel and Powerpoint, PowerBI skills are a plus
• Strong communication skills in English
