Your job
Our Agency Distribution team is looking for a new team member (f/m/d) - this role is a hybrid role located in HCMC, Vietnam:

  • establish a firm network with assigned travel agencies, travel associations and governmental institutes as well as tourism boards
  • train and present to the travel trade, including visits to travel partners in China, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam 
  • promote Hahnair´s services in the markets of responsibility and coordinate all marketing activities (newsletters, trade fairs etc.) with Head Office in Germany
  • perform research to support the market strategy in the region and maintain accurate records of all activities
  • provide and adhere to agreed budget
  • support of the local Global Distribution Systems (GDS) in coordination with Hahnair Headquarters
  • work with IATA/BSP in consultation with our inhouse Revenue Accounting
Your profile
  • you must possess all the legal requirements and work permits to work in Vietnam 
  • ability to work in a hybrid model (remotely and office) and willingness to travel
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience of over 8 years in sales in the Tourism or Aviation industry (Corporate or Leisure)
  • hands-on experience in sales in other industries is of advantage
  • basic knowledge of the conventional GDS systems is beneficial
  • excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong relationship management and intercultural competence
  • distinct entrepreneurial mindset, a drive for sales results and high self-motivation
  • fluent in business English (written and spoken) and Vietnamese as well as other languages are beneficial
