Your tasks
- Partnering with Product Owner, Technology- and Quality Management to ensure the consistent delivery of quality software each Sprint;
- Facilitating standard Scrum ceremonies within an international team consisting of Business Analysts and Engineers located in Frankfurt and Sofia by using Jira to assist efficiency;
- Preparing and moderating scrum meetings such as Backlog Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Review and conducting the Sprint Retrospective;
- Evaluating team dynamics, fostering self-management team attitude and coaching the team to continually improve through retrospectives, prioritization and application of learnings;
- Other tasks related to the job.
Your profile
- Proven professional experience in implementing Scrum Methodology in Software Development;
- Proven experience in organizing teamwork with the help of JIRA and in applying scaled agile approaches like SAFe;
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills within cross-locational teams and proven ability to inspire people;
- Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail, high flexibility and adaptability to fast-changing environment;
- Scrum Master certification (CSM or CSP) would be considered an advantage;
- Fluency in English – both written and verbal, German would be considered as an advantage;
- University degree in IT or relevant.

The LaRS team is responsible for running and maintaining loan booking systems. For our national business we provide SAP Credit mainly as the central booking and processing system for installment loans, mortgages and SME loans.
