We are looking for creative minds and innovators to expand our “Creative Factory” – (to answer the rising demand of creative work and help Allianz become stronger in their visual communication.) The Creative Factory is an In-house Marketing and Production Agency within Allianz Consulting.

Allianz Consulting is the internal consulting division of the Allianz Group. Based in Munich, Paris, Milan, Trivandrum, Pune, Singapore, New York and Minneapolis, our dedicated global teams of over 600 consultants share a joint vision: to be the consulting partner of choice for Allianz Group core segments, transforming the future of Allianz from within. Your key responsibilities/What you will get to do:

• Visual Marketing
• Create emotional stories
• Research, conceptualize, and create high-quality photo and video assets
• Animation, Motion Design
• Advise clients on media campaigns
• Collaborate with client teams for project delivery

Key requirements / What we hope you bring: 

• 2+ years of work experience in a creative agency or media environment in video creation or filmmaking
• Experience or curiosity about developing creative assets for the finance or insurance industry
• Proficiency in editing software: Premiere Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, Final Cut
• Experience in After Effects or other Motion Design software
• Technical knowledge of camera, light, and sound
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
