Zanders is growing in the DACH region and to ensure we continue this growth we are expanding our team in Frankfurt and recruiting a Team Assistant (f/m/d) in part-time.

As a Team Assistant you will support our Risk Advisory Group (RAG) and Treasury Advisory Group (TAG) in the DACH region. Together with other Assistants across our locations, you will make sure that the organisation runs smoothly and your actions support the consultants to being able to do their work.

You get energy from providing excellent service and know how to juggle a large variety of tasks and responsibilities. Every day is different and priorities may shift throughout the day, while you always strive for excellent quality. In your role, you will have a lot of flexibility and responsibility to plan your own work and manage it together with your Assistant colleagues.

This positions forms part of the Business Support division within Zanders and will report into the Business Support Liaison for the DACH region. Location for this position is our office in the centre of Frankfurt.

Your Responsibilities

As Management and team assistant the role will offer a diverse set of tasks and responsibilities which can be described as follow:

Office organisation and team assistance

  • Responsible for a smooth office organisation in our Frankfurt and Zurich offices
  • Order and manage office and marketing materials
  • Support with the organisation of conferences, sponsoring events and recruiting fairs
  • Organise internal and external meetings and  client events
  • Support with travel booking
  • Assist expense management for senior leadership team
  • Back-up for receptionists and management assistants across all offices
  • Liaise with finance team in order to assure a correct vendor invoice processing

Client administration

  • Support our team in order to process client proposals and subsequent processes in SAP and our CRM
  • Coordinate the completion of all relevant admin tasks for a smooth project set-up
  • Support onboarding of consultants on client projects in the DACH region
  • Provide back-up support on other client and consultant onboarding processes where necessary

Skills to be successful

  • Completed a  prior training or certification related to the position (e.g. office communication clerk, foreign language correspondent)
  • Relevant experience in a similar role in an international working environment
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (other programs such as SAP is a plus)
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and verbally
  • Strong in multitasking, planning and organizing and very accurate in your work
  • A service-oriented and proactive teamplayer with good communication skills and able to set priorities independently
  • Willing to be present in our office in Frankfurt for at least 50% of your time working (Part-time or Full-time)
