Für unser Tochterunternehmen Taylor Hopkinson - Powered by Brunel, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Recruiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Offshore mit dem Schwerpunkt Talent Sourcing für unseren Standort in Hamburg.
About this role
- Als Recruiter:in mit dem Schwerpunkt Talent Sourcing tragen Sie zur unternehmens- und fachbereichsspezifischen Talent-Acquisition-Strategie bei und fokussieren sich hier zu 100% auf den Bereich Offshore.
- Dazu nutzen Sie die gesamte Bandbreite an innovativen Active Sourcing Techniken, um geeignete Talente für uns zu gewinnen.
- Ebenso entwickeln Sie eigenständig Sourcing-Strategien, identifizieren neue Kanäle und bauen so einen internen Talentpool auf, sodass sich potenzielle Kandidat:innen mit uns verbunden fühlen.
- Das Führen von Informations- und Vorstellungsgesprächen mit unseren Talenten rundet Ihr Aufgabenprofil ab.
What you need to bring
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Recruiting
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Offshore wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
- Anwendbare Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Business-Netzwerken, insbesondere mit LinkedIn
- Ein souveränes und sicheres Auftreten
- Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
