DEINE MISSION

Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für neue Kunden, die von unserem Vertriebsteam gewonnen wurden. Dabei begleitest du sie durch den Onboarding-Prozess, berätst sie zur Darstellung ihrer Organisationsstruktur in unserem Tool, integrierst ihre Daten und führst Schulungen für Endbenutzer durch, um ihnen beizubringen, unsere Lösung effektiv zu nutzen
Du leitest die Onboarding-Prozesse neuer Kunden auf unserer osapiens Hub für das "Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz (LkSG)"
Du sicherst die Einhaltung des "Gesetzes über die Pflichten von Unternehmen zur Sorgfalt in der Lieferkette (LkSG)" und anderer Nachhaltigkeitsvorschriften
Du arbeitest mit unserem Team zusammen, um den Onboarding-Prozess kontinuierlich zu verbessern und zu optimieren

WAS WIR SUCHEN

Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Projektmanagement oder vergleichbar
Erfahrung im Onboarding und in der Verwaltung von Kunden für SaaS-Lösungen, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf ESG-Compliance
Ausgezeichnete Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
Hervorragende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich

YOUR MISSION

You take ownership of new customers acquired by our sales team, guiding them through the onboarding process, providing consultation on representing their organizational structure within our tool, integrating their data, and conducting end-user training on how to utilize our solution effectively
You lead new customers onboarding onto our osapiens Hub for LkSG
You ensure the compliance with "The Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains (LkSG)" and other sustainability regulations
You collaborate with our team to continuously improve and streamline the onboarding process

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Project Management, or comparable
Experience in onboarding and managing customers onto SaaS solutions, ideally with a focus on ESG compliance
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Proficiency in English and German is required
