We are seeking a Support Specialist for our sustainable expansion. Seize the opportunity and take the next big step on your career ladder.

Your tasks

• Organization (reception, classification and processing) of service requests from our customers
• Internal and external communication in the context of service requests
• Administration of our own Cloud IT services
• Assistance in the further development of our support processes

Your Qualifications

• 1-2 years Working experience in a similar position
• You are a problem solver and computers are your passion
• Good knowledge of both the German and English language (oral and written)
• Experience in customer care, consulting or customer support
