Job Description

As a key member of the Miltenyi Biotec B.V. team, reporting to the Marketing Manager of our Benelux subsidiary. Your role will involve strategically managing our diverse product portfolio and planning, executing, and monitoring specific marketing activities to increase awareness and sales of our products and services in the Benelux market.

• Your main goal will be to develop an understanding of customer needs and the competitive landscape and to translate those into sales.
• This role offers a unique opportunity to interact at all levels within the business, as well as with key opinion leaders within the Benelux.
• You will work closely together with Global Marketing, Customer Service, and the local sales force to create new sales opportunities and provide hands-on support, serving as a liaison between these departments.
• As a team player, you will work with your sales colleagues on product strategies, and product and instrument demonstrations to drive continued success.

Qualifications

• You hold a university degree in life sciences or biomedical sciences (Master, preferably PhD), and have laboratory experience in the field of stem cell research, immunology, or ATMPs.
• You can independently dive into new scientific topics and become an expert in these fields within a short time.
• Prior successful experience in sales or marketing in the biomedical market is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills are required, along with a high degree of self-organization and creative thinking to ensure success in this role.
• This role requires a high level of flexibility in executing various projects and a willingness to travel within the Benelux.
