To strengthen our global Supply Chain Management team in Bergheim (Salzburg), we are looking for a Global Inventory Manager (f/m/d).

Responsibilities

Support target definition process and ensure follow up and transparency
Support related colleagues in inventory management in SCM, Operations, Procurement and PLM&E to achieve inventory optimization targets
Derive inventory management measures, establish follow-up processes and monitoring
Enhance inventory reduction program 2023-2025, develop short- and long-term measures on inventory management and establish continuous improvement program
Contribute to trade-offs in inventory-costs-service-level-sustainability targets while considering company goals
Establish state-of-the-art inventory management processes, standards and targets
Communicating with location- and regional managers to maintain required inventory levels between the various locations (Plants, suppliers, Dealers)
Set-up inventory trainings to establish company-wide standards and competencies
Actively support supply chain improvement projects and system rollouts
Establish inventory reporting system and improvement processes

Qualifications

University degree in supply chain management or a similar oriented degree
Multi-year work experience in SCM in a global organization
Experience in Supply Chain Management & especially in inventory management
High level of interpersonal and intercultural skills combined
Project management skills
Very accurate and structured way of working and presenting
Business English

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 57.578,92 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
