wirst Teil unseres Teams und trägst dazu bei, eine positive Arbeitsumgebung zu gestalten, die das Wohlbefinden unserer Mitarbeiter fördert, während du gleichzeitig administrative Aufgaben im HR-Bereich professionell bewältigst.

Controlling: Du wirst aktiv bei der Entwicklung von Personalplänen und -strategien in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem HR-Management zur Sicherstellung eines effizienten Personaleinsatzes und zur Erreichung unserer Unternehmensziele.
Analyse: Du analysierst HR-Daten und Kennzahlen zur Erstellung von Prognosen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management.
Administrative HR-Aufgaben: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für alle administrativen HR-Angelegenheiten, einschließlich der Pflege von Mitarbeiterakten und -daten sowie der Sicherstellung, dass alle HR-Praktiken den geltenden Gesetzen und Vorschriften entsprechen.
Personio-Management: Du wirst unsere HR-Software, insbesondere Personio, effektiv verwalten und nutzen, um Prozesse zu optimieren und Daten zu verfolgen.
Personalentwicklung: Du wirst Schulungs- und Entwicklungsbedürfnisse erkennen, Schulungen und Workshops organisieren, um die berufliche Entwicklung unserer Mitarbeiter zu fördern.

Abgeschlossenes Studium / abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Personalmanagement, Psychologie, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung
Erste Erfahrungen im Personalwesen oder HR-Bereich (von Vorteil)

Your profile

In this role, you will become part of our team, contributing to creating a positive work environment that promotes the well-being of our employees, all while effectively managing administrative tasks in the HR domain.

Recruiting and Onboarding: You will play an active role in recruiting new team members, including crafting job listings, managing applicants, and guiding them through the onboarding process.
Administrative HR Tasks: You will take charge of all administrative HR matters, encompassing the maintenance of employee records and data, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Personio Management: You will efficiently oversee and utilize our HR software, specifically Personio, to optimize processes and track essential data.
Employee Development: You will identify training and development needs, organize workshops and training sessions to enhance the professional growth of our team.
Conflict Resolution: You will assist in resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns, collaborating closely with the management.
Contributing to the growth of MTR Legal: You will play a role in shaping the future of our firm and actively participate in planning and preparing internal events.
Office & Office Supplies Management: You will ensure that our office supplies are well-stocked, supporting the smooth operation of our workplace.
