Minimum duration: 6 months 

YOUR TASK

• Support the entire operational recruiting process and become part of our team!
• You are a permanent team member right from the start and can work independently
• You take over the communication with applicants
• You are the internal interface and communicate with colleagues in all positions
• You will be responsible for organising job interviews in consultation with recruitment consultants
• You create job adverts and publish them on various channels
• You support the creation of new employment contracts
• After successful familiarization, you will take responsibility for smaller HR projects and support operational recruiting

YOUR PROFILE

• You are studying economics, psychology or have a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you already have some experience in human resources or talent acquisition/recruiting
• You are able to structure and prioritise yourself and your tasks very well and are someone who gets stuck in and takes responsibility
• You have a high level of service orientation, a talent for organisation and reliability are among your strengths
• You enjoy communicating with applicants and colleagues
• You have experience working with MS Office
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
