- Participate in R&D projects focused on lithium sulfur batteries, anode, cathode, and electrolyte development
- Design and execute experiments to investigate the electrochemical behavior of materials.
- Develop novel materials and processes for lithium sulfur batteries, with a focus on improving performance, safety, durability, and efficiency.
- Investigate surface chemistry phenomena to optimize interfaces for enhanced electrochemical performance.
- Design and synthesize functional materials including polymers, nanoparticles, and composite materials tailored for specific electrochemical applications.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data to elucidate structure-property relationships and guide materials design.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including chemists, engineers to integrate research findings into practical applications.
- Present research findings through internal reports, patents, technical presentations, and peer-reviewed publications.
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of experimental procedures, results, and conclusions.
- Identify opportunities for innovation in electrochemical materials and processes, and propose creative solutions to technical challenges.
