We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Munich. You are a fit for the role if you want to lead the development, optimization, and scaling of our marketing processes to drive growth. Responsibilities include owning our technology stack and serving as our data evangelist to ensure reliable marketing attribution that supports demand generation goals.

  • Process Optimization: You design, implement, and optimize core marketing processes to enable the effective allocation of marketing resources and optimize resulting outputs (leads, assets, etc.)
  • Technology Management: You support the effective execution of marketing initiatives by selecting, implementing, and managing marketing technology tools and platforms, and facilitating team training on said tools 
  • Data Governance and Analysis: You optimize Global Marketing campaign and channel strategies by overseeing effective data governance, including tracking mechanisms, generating reports, overseeing UX projects, conducting analyses, and extracting actionable insights
  • Relationship Management: You foster a strong Marketing-Sales relationship and support shared revenue goals by owning the process for lead collection, qualification, management, scoring, and handoff
Your fitness level
  • Professional Experience: You have 6+ years of experience with B2B tech marketing with admin certification in Pardot (aka Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)
  • Project Management: You possess strong project management skills including, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously
  • Data Management and Analytics: You have an in-depth understanding of marketing databases, data hygiene, analytics and attribution
  • Technical Proficiency: You are technically capable and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics 4, Tableau, and Google Tag Manager
  • Process Improvement: You excel in drawing insights from marketing data and are committed to process improvement
  • Communication: You are an excellent communicator and fluent in English
Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • Technology Expertise: You become the resident expert and trusted advisor of marketing technology and processes
  • Data Strategy: You use your expertise to craft a short and long-term strategy for marketing data governance, including a plan for enabling team adoption
  • Dashboards: You build and launch two additional dashboards - Customer Brand and Investor Brand
  • UX Optimization: You takeover ownership of (and see through to completion) a UX optimization project to enable scalable lead generation
  • Support: You support the successful rollout of a new marketing - sales handshake
