• Responsible for defining, designing and maintaining the global data architecture of TÜV SÜD groupwide in alignment with business strategy and roadmap

• Establish and enforce data governance policies

• Define and operationalize the data architecture governance to enforce data architecture compliance and ensure consistent and effective data across domains

• Define and maintain the Enterprise Data Architecture to support current and future business requirements for Data Architecture Layer and drive transformation towards compliant, harmonized data architecture across TÜV SÜD

• Shape data architecture priorities and roadmap to achieve target process and application landscape

• Orchestrate, define and execute the TÜV SÜD data strategy and adapt it globally in close collaboration with the Data Quality Officer

• Evaluate architecture proposal and give clear direction

• Master in information technology, computer science or a comparable qualification

• At least 10 years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and database design or adequate experience

• Excellent knowledge and skills in data architecture definition, modeling and planning

• Firm knowledge in data compliance, data quality and information security standards (ISO 27001, ISO 27019, GDPR etc.)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and German
