Stellenbeschreibung

Vergütung: tarifgebunden - Haustarifvertrag TÜV SÜD

  • Report directly to the Head of PMO and play a key role in the PMO team on a group level

  • Independently coordinate and govern a group of projects, focusing on continuous progress monitoring and guiding the project approach

  • Prepare and deliver reporting, presentations for Senior Management, and information for communication initiatives

  • Proactively manage risks, implement mitigation measures, and develop standardized methods and tools

  • Conduct and document workshops and meetings, contributing to effective communication initiatives within the company

  • Hold a university degree and possess approximately 2 years of relevant work experience

  • Demonstrate experience in Project Management, emphasizing the ability to work independently with a hands-on mentality

  • Have an excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel

  • Exhibit excellent oral and written skills in English, with German proficiency considered a plus
