We are looking for

Project Manager Automotive (EMEA region) (m/f/d)

at one of our locations in EMEA region - in Germany (Pfullingen) or in Hungary (Budaörs/Veszprém).

Your tasks:

• Independent planning and management of international projects with a focus on the automotive industry
• Responsible for creating the general schedule, as well as conducting weekly project meetings and following up on the measures defined from these meetings
• Implementation of customer-specific requirements of development projects, starting from the inquiry phase, through the delivery of prototypes to the start of series production and transfer to the production plant
• Contact Person with the customer, all internal specialist departments and the plants
• Responsible for project risk assessment,
• Implementation of lessons learned and application of best practices in project management
• Project milestones in terms of budgets, deadlines and quality
• Responsible for reporting on budgets, deadlines and quality
• Recording and controlling changes in ongoing serial projects Technical leadership of the interdisciplinary project team

Job requirements

• Experience in project management and coordination of interdisciplinary teams, preferably in the automotive environment
• Successful qualification in the field of project management and proven success in the implementation of projects, ideally rounded off by a successfully completed degree in engineering, industrial engineering or a further professional qualification as a technician or technical business economist
• Independent and structured way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Strong communication skills, as well as high assertiveness and flexibility
• High level of resilience and experience in dealing with escalations and conflicts
• Willingness to travel internationally (ca. 10%)
• Fluent in written and spoken English (min. B2)
