Who we are 

GoodWe is a globally leading inverter manufacturer, ranked Top 7 by Bloomberg, IHS, and Wood Mackenzie in 2019. Our headquarter is based in Suzhou, China, with 2 manufacturing factories and 2 R&D Centers. GoodWe has more than 3200 employees all across the globe and owns 9 international subsidiaries covering 6 continents.

The Benelux subsidiary is based in Capelle aan den IJssel. GoodWe Benelux B.V. addresses and covers several strategic markets within the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. The Benelux subsidiary is also in charge of after-sales support for other regions such as UK/Ireland, France, Middle East and North-Africa.

Overview of this position: 

Be part of the GoodWe Benelux Team (Capelle aan den IJssel).

Report to: Service Manager of GoodWe Benelux

What you will do: 

Area of responsibility (but not limited to):

·    Handle Service phone calls, emails and tickets

·    KPI reporting and monitoring on support processes

·    Provide online and onsite service- and technical training

·    Customer interfacing for service order management

·    Support of RMA related activities

Your background and skills: 

·    A minimum of VMBO level 3 or 4 diploma or a minimum of 1 year work experience in a technical support position

·    Experience with international order management processes is an advantage

·    Strong hands-on mentality & solution-oriented work style

·    Flexibility for working in highly fluctuating and demanding markets

·    International mindset for a multi-cultural environment

·    Experience with Chinese culture a plus

·    Good MS-Office skills

·    Fluent in Dutch and English or in French and English.
