Responsibilities:

Main responsibilities include HR Administrative support and oversight of general office duties managing office space, organizing events, purchasing requests .

HR Support:

  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Support the payroll administration; collect employees PTO data.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding Process:
  • Assist with the orientation schedules for new hires with manager.
  • Offboarding and recollection of company hardware.
  • Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update records, databases and filing systems as needed.
  • Perform other administrative/HR tasks as assigned.

Office Management Support:

  • Supports overall day-to-day operations of office management functions.
  • Monitor office supplies and reorder when necessary.
  • Maintain keys, parking passes, computers, and key cards and keep a central catalog.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of company events.
  • Creating/contributing efforts in cultivating a successful and vibrant work culture.
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Perform other clerical duties such as data entry, scheduling, filing, and photocopying.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or related field preferred.

REQUISITE SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
