Salary starting from £27,000, plus an excellent benefits package

 

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 07:00 - 16:00 and alternate Saturdays 08:00 - 12:00

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team at Stansted. As Customer Service Advisor, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, and your role will be key to successfully achieving branch objectives.  Your responsibilities will include building relationships with new and existing customers, coordinating routine servicing, repairs and maintenance, handling queries and raising invoices for work carried out, whilst always keeping our customers up to date.  You will have a real passion for delivering a first-class service and an organised approach to your work.
 
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet all customers on arrival in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle incoming queries by email and phone, ensuring the customer is responded to in a timely manner.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate work. 
  • Create and process job cards, checking for existing work in progress. 
  • Check account detail, available credit and obtain relevant authorisation. 
  • Provide timely updates to our customers.
  • Agree timescales for unscheduled work and follow through to completion.
