What part will you play?

  • You will lead and work on complex and international projects with the highest relevance for SI EA's (Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation) business transformation (processes, digitalization, and people) in full alignment with our EA "We Are 1" strategy
  • In addition, you will enable and drive continuous improvement of e2e processes, data (e.g., flow, sources, strategy), and tools including the cross-system dependencies, and removal of organizational hurdles to SI EA success
  • You will scope, initiate, and track new initiatives and challenge existing ones regarding their approach, investment, timeline, and progress
  • Your responsibilities extend to conducting deep-dive analyses and providing operational support for selected initiatives
  • Furthermore, you will conduct stringent stakeholder management and regularly align goals and required support with key stakeholders across all levels
  • You will develop recommendations for open topics/challenges/roadblocks together with and across initiative owners and stakeholders and escalate to the Management Team if required
  • Moreover, you will act as an ambassador and role model for Continuous Improvement and Change

What it takes.

  • Masters degree in a technical field (preferably Industrial, Electrical, or IT) and/or business, economics, or equivalent working experience is required. You should have long-term work experience in a consulting (e.g., IT, business, strategy, management) or comparable environment
  • Your professional background should include experience in implementing projects, particularly in the field of transformation or change with a focus on processes, digitalization, data, and tools
  • You should demonstrate high competence in MS Office tools, hold recognized project management qualifications (e.g., PM@Siemens, PRINCE2, PMP), and possess experience in business IT / IT Ecosystems, which will be an added advantage
  • Experience in successfully leading diverse teams and projects in a dynamic and international environment is expected from you
  • As a confident communicator, you should be able to engage and build mutually trustful customer relationships across all levels
  • Fluency in English and conversational German is essential for you
  • Additionally, proven knowledge in the areas of project management, agile methods, and/or requirements engineering would be advantageous for you
