About the Job 
As a Working Student / Intern Well-Being, Health and Safety you are part of the Care Team in the People Function of Allianz Technology. We design and continuously improve the employee offerings and initiatives in the areas well-being and health, family and occupational health & safety. 

What you do
•    Support in the roll-out of concepts in the areas of well-being, health and safety
•    Initiate and implement well-being initiatives and events 
•    Support in communication campaigns to promote the topics 
•    Perform Project Management Office tasks to ensure an effective implementation 
•    Prepare, follow-up and organize events, workshops and meetings

What you bring
•    High interest in health and well-being topics  
•    Languages: very good English and fluent German (C1 level) 
•    Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint 
•    Working efficiently both in a team and independently  
•    Strong communication and collaboration skills 
•    Analytical thinking and problem solving 
•    You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - in a working student position - part time (16-20 h/week)
