You will coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs. Discusses consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the manufacturing organization.

As UTTM Slot Planner you will:

• Work close with S&OP and Sales to ensure material availability for UT projects
• Work close with Project Management to fulfill the customer needs
• Plan and schedules UT projects timelines to be consistent with customer requirements while minimizing inventory and shipping costs
• Define and constantly improve processes for Slot Planning and Scheduling
• Work with Sales & Proposal managers to fill manufacturing slots for Product and Services, develop fulfillment plan that considers, resolves or mitigates constraints in material availability, capacity in production and project engineering
• Develop and implement cross functional process to develop slot planning that considers all resources and ensures cross functional team uses one data truth, understand all cross functional dependencies
• Calculate impact of schedule changes (caused by material or lack of personnel capacity)  to ship dates and inventory
• Calculate inventory impact of pre-releases
• Participate and understand R3, project kick-offs and project pace meetings

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be able to speak fluent English and German
• Basic understanding of SAP and MRP functionality
• Salesforce (Deal as well as Power BI
• Holds a Bachelor Degree in “Economic” (or equivalent) or/and has 3+ years´ experience in material management (projects preferred)
• Knowledge in project business materials planning
