- Ensure channel growth through paid and non-paid activities
- Manage production and create social media content
- Work with influencers, from first contact to content delivery
- Set and track Social Media KPIs for monthly reports
- Analyze the performance of social content and optimize for future execution
- Knowledgeable of latest social media best practices, technologies and trends
- Understand competitors & analyze marketing trends
- Monitor brand for reputation management
