Als Billing & Verification Specialist (m/f/d) bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für unser Unternehmen: Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört es, eingehende Rechnungen und Dokumente anhand unserer Risikokriterien zu prüfen und dienst als Schnittstelle zu unseren Customer Support-, Purchase-, Risiko- und Salesteams. Im Laufe deiner JITpay-Journey gewinnst du Erfahrung und Expertise in Bezug auf alle Aspekte der Rechnungsstellung und -erstellung und bist in der Lage, eigenständig Unregelmäßigkeiten im Handumdrehen zu erkennen.

Deine Aufgaben

Du prüfst eingehende Dokumente auf Fehler und Unregelmäßigkeiten
Du bist für die Überprüfung von Debitoren verantwortlich
Du prüfst eigenständig Rechnungen durch Telefonate und E-Mails
Du nimmst interne sowie externe Anfragen zu den Themen Rechnungsstellung und -prüfung über unsere Ticketplattform Zendesk entgegen

Dein Profil

Sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise
Erste Berufserfahrung in einem Finanzunternehmen
Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Logistik- oder Factoringbranche
Vorzugsweise praktische Erfahrung mit Ticketplattformen wie Zendesk
Gute Deutsch und Polnischkenntnisse (B2-Niveau oder höher)

The team

As Billing & Verification Specialist (m/f/d), you will act as first line of defense to our business: Your tasks will involve checking incoming invoices and documents according to our risk criteria and act as a point of contact for our customer care, purchase, risk and sales teams. Throughout your journey, you’ll become an expert in all aspects billing and invoicing and be able to spot irregularities with ease.

Your mission

You will check incoming documents for errors and irregularities
You are responsible for validating debtors through credit rating agencies
You will verify invoices via phone calls and emails
You will take on both internal and external requests regarding the topics of billing and verification via our ticket platform Zendesk

Your profile

Diligence and attention to detail
Experience in working in a financial company
Experience in the logistics or factoring industry is a huge plus
Preferably hands-on experience with ticket platforms such as Zendesk
Good German language skills (B2 or higher)
