Your responsibilities
- You will provide administrative and organizational support to our management (COO) in the day-to-day operations of thyssenkrupp Uhde GmbH.
- As an interface between the management and our specialist departments, you guarantee seamless communication - in English and German.
- You will be responsible for preparing and designing presentations for stakeholders at different levels of the company.
- You take on small topic-specific projects, prepare their content independently and present them.
- Active support in the preparation of reports and processing of technical issues is also part of your tasks.
- You will be responsible for independently researching current trends in the context of chemical plant engineering.
- This also includes the preparation and follow-up of documents and the preparation of minutes.
Your profile
- Current studies in the field of engineering at an advanced stage.
- A strong sense of responsibility as well as discretion and loyalty.
- Previous experience in plant engineering or mechanical engineering is desirable but not a must-have.
- Sound knowledge of common MS Office applications.
- Organizational talent, ability to work independently & team player.
- Confident communication in English and at least B1 level in German
- A self-confident appearance.
