Your responsibilities

You will provide administrative and organizational support to our management (COO) in the day-to-day operations of thyssenkrupp Uhde GmbH.
As an interface between the management and our specialist departments, you guarantee seamless communication - in English and German.
You will be responsible for preparing and designing presentations for stakeholders at different levels of the company.
You take on small topic-specific projects, prepare their content independently and present them.
Active support in the preparation of reports and processing of technical issues is also part of your tasks.
You will be responsible for independently researching current trends in the context of chemical plant engineering.
This also includes the preparation and follow-up of documents and the preparation of minutes.

Your profile

Current studies in the field of engineering at an advanced stage.
A strong sense of responsibility as well as discretion and loyalty.
Previous experience in plant engineering or mechanical engineering is desirable but not a must-have.
Sound knowledge of common MS Office applications.
Organizational talent, ability to work independently & team player.
Confident communication in English and at least B1 level in German
A self-confident appearance.

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview. Due to the Corona pandemic, these interviews can currently also take place digitally.
