Your Day to Day:

• You build and nurture a pipeline sufficient to meet the defined new customer revenue quota for the territory and/or solution(s) that you are responsible for.
• You team effectively with the available partners to drive the business and ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• You engage with prospects and organizations to position Serrala and our solutions through value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data.
• You generate, qualify and develop business opportunities from your own prospecting activities (Social, Tele, F2F, Partnerships), as well as qualify and develop business opportunities from marketing qualified leads.
• You coordinate customer demonstrations and proposal development, you build business cases (e.g., what problem(s) we solve, differentiation, financial models), processing of tenders/RFP`S.

 

What makes you excel in this position:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business & Management or similar and a proven track record of New Logo acquisitions, ideally in the enterprise software solutions space.
• Proven background in Prospecting, Pipeline Development and Opportunity Closing (i.e. selling initial deals into net new accounts)
.
• Excellent communication skills also to C-Level decision makers, strategic selling and presentation skills that help you capture new markets and new customers
.

• Motivation to take your excellent enterprise sales skills to the next level with a dedicated training and mentoring program, within an organization where (international) collaboration is a core strength.
• Fluency in German and English.

• Willingness to travel approximately up to 40% of your working time.
