What part will you play?

• You'll be the orchestrator of our customer projects, overseeing everything from start to finish and responsible for the end-to-end operative project controlling.
• Your role involves meticulously managing project finances, ensuring smooth sailing from contract preparation to bids, value flow models and project calculation and reviews to billing and claim management.
• Your attention to detail will be key in maintaining the accuracy of project financial books and records.
• You’ll be guiding our projects along the path of fiscal responsibility with preparing and updating project forecasts.
• You'll be initiating invoices in accordance with project progress and contractual terms, keeping a steady hand on the financial pulse of each endeavor.
• You’ll be mastering the commercial landscape: you ensure the proper execution of all commercial topics including taxes, delegation process, financing, insurance, currency management, and internal and external audits.
• You'll coordinate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders to navigate any challenges that arise.

What you need to make real what matters.

• You hold a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field
• You have 1-2 years of professional experience in business administration and commercial project execution in an operative company
• •You have acquired experience in international project controlling (e.g. contract and claim management, PM@Siemens process as well as risk management)
• Ideally, you already have a certificate as CPM-C according to PM@Siemens or equivalent certification
• You are experienced in project accounting (Completed Performance / Percentage of Completion) with ERP systems like SAP
• You are fluent in German and English for effective communication with international project managers and clients
