International Portfolio Manager (f/m/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Main goal of this position is to make available the necessary product portfolio for countries outside of the german speaking DACH region
Act as an interface between key technical departments in German headquarters and country sales teams
Support country sales teams, understand the product needs in their local competitive situation, find synergies between countries and regions, come up with proposals and coordinate processes for the development of solutions
Actively participate in product development and software implementation processes as internal customer, country advocate or even project manager, thus ensuring timely results
Find and implement solutions for key country needs when it comes to official certificates and export requirements
Find and use synergies between countries, technical departments in Germany and US/Mex in order to come up with better and faster technical solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

Degree in Engineering/Technical professional
Several years’ of work experience
Results-oriented, persevering
Proven record as a strong problem solver, able and eager to find structures of recurring problems and implement practical improvements
Diligent and structured way of working
Happy to collaborate with people from many different countries
Business fluent in English and in German, written and spoken
Willingness to travel
