In your new role you will:
Product Verification:
• Validate CoA vs Purchase Specification
• Execute Record usage decision in SAP and maintain materials’ Shelf-Life Expired Date
Material/ Supplier phased in:
• Material acquisition approval
• Execute Supplier Quality Introduction -Drive Material and Supplier Qualification
• Conduct Supplier Life Cycle Management activities, e.g. maintain supplier certification• Manage database for CoA (Certificate of Analysis) from supplier
Supplier Quality Management performance
• Drive Business Process Improvement
• Drive supplier for Improvement
CAR Management:
• CAR (Corrective Action Report) issuance to supplier
• Managing CAR processes e.g. close of supplier corrective action and database
Audit and Evaluation:
• Execute supplier evaluation, assessment and audit
• Support internal audit
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Experience in certifications according to automotive standards.
- Knowledge of quality systems, methods, procedures, and tools (e.g. FMEA,8D etc.)
- Knowledge of audits, certifications, standards, and risk management
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor technologies, production, development, and logistic processes
