The Trading & Treasury team focuses on auditing globally the sales and trading businesses across CC and GM-T, the corporate finance activities in CC as well as related support processes and controls in GRM-RC and Operations. We are looking for a talented individual to join our team in Frankfurt. It is a unique opportunity to get a hands-on experience on the inner workings of the business front-to-back. Your tasks
- You analyse and evaluate complex processes and controls within the Trading and Treasury audit universe.
- You identify risks and recommend mitigating measures to reduce risks and ensure adherence to internal policies as well as external regulations.
- You communicate clearly your results verbally and through audit reports to various stakeholders including the Board of Managing Directors.
- You keep informed on business developments.
- You actively participate in various initiatives (e.g. digitalization, new audit approach) to improve the overall team effectiveness.
Your profile
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative subject
- Strong understanding of financial products, bank steering and related risks
- Keen interest in financial markets
- At least 2 years experience in a control focused function
- Highly motivated and results driven. Team player
- Analytical, thorough with critical thinking skill
- Curious and resilient
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Able to deal confidently with people
- IT proficient
