Job description
In your new role you will:

Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in the semiconductor business
2+ years of experience in project management
Outstanding stakeholder management skills
Superior written and oral communication skills
Solid MS-Office and MS-Project skills
Leads with results-orientation & team-orientation: Balances the push for results while maintaining team motivation and performance
Self-directed and curious. Enjoys learning and continuous self-improvement
Demonstrates high integrity, trustworthiness, honesty, and ethical standards: “Walks the Talk”
Courageous in solving problems and overcoming obstacles

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Develop FET (Field Effect Transistors) for a wide variety of applications
Be responsible for the project’s success in terms of scope, time and budget
Manage projects and therefore be responsible for the overall coordination of wafer technology, package type, and product projects
Act as the central contact person for all questions related to the project
Perform stakeholder and expectation management
Be responsible for the appropriate composition of the project team members
Continuously evaluate and track project risks. Plan and execute mitigating measures
Manage through the entire project lifecycle from project initiation to project closure

Wage Range that the Company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:

Minimum of $144,270 salary per year
Maximum of $174,727 salary per year
