We are offering a position in our team for standard cell development. Your task will be the preparation and delivery of standard cell libraries as well as special libraries for Infineon products. Standard cell are the main building blocks to create digital and computing chips and are used in a wide variety of Infineon products. Therefore, you will be providing and verifying standard cell libraries across a variety of state-of-the-art processes, but also for the latest ones. Furthermore, you will participate within the further development of methods and improvements of the standard cell delivery process.

In your new role you will:
- Verify analog and digital circuit designs in a full-custom environment
- Do dimensioning and optimization of circuits as well as verification of the results
- Test the functionality within the required working area and related electrical properties of standard cells designs
- Provide proposals for improvements of properties and quality as well as efficiency of Standard Cell
- Run post layout verification and simulation
- Verify the properties and behavior of circuits and fulfillment of the specifications
- Automate the simulations and verification environments for standard cells
You maintain the exchange of your professional expertise and hence supports others.
Hence, quickly establishing a successful cooperation. You produce results even in changing circumstances.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer science, Physics or a similar qualification
- At least 3 year of experience in verification of Analog/Digital Designs in a fullcustom environment
- Deep knowledge in SPICE simulation as well as the state of the art advanced verification methods for fullcustom designs
- Background knowledge in chip design, using digital design automation tools and flows
- A basic level of understanding hardware description languages as well as circuit design
- Programming skills in Perl, Python and Tcl
- Language skills in English and German
