Als Communications Department ist es unser Ziel, gemeinsam mit Dir, eine In-House-Agentur aufzubauen und zu etablieren, ohne dabei unseren Hauptkunden, INVENSITY, aus den Augen zu verlieren.

  • Agiere als Experte: Arbeite mit einem internationalen Team agil an Themen der internen und externen Kommunikation – auf beratender, strategischer sowie operativer Ebene
  • Übernimm Verantwortung: Entwickle die Marke INVENSITY visuell weiter und sorge mit Outputs, Guidelines und Templates für ein konsistentes Brand Management  
  • Generiere Impact: Hebe gemeinsam mit dem Team integrierte Produkt- und Imagekampagnen auf das nächste Level und partizipiere damit am Wertschöpfungsstrom von INVENSITY
  • Lebe Deine Kreativität aus: Entwickle fachbereichsübergreifende Kommunikationsansätze - dabei bist du von der Idee über erste Entwürfe bis hin zur finalen Umsetzung verantwortlich für das kreative Produkt
  • Teile und erweitere Dein fachliches Know-how: Durch Mentoring, Workshops, Coachings und immer neue Projekte erwartet dich eine steile Lernkurve  
Was bringst du mit?
  • Studienabschluss in Publizistik, BWL, Marketing, Kommunikationswissenschaft, Medienwissenschaft
    oder ähnlichen Studiengängen oder Du bist Quereinsteiger mit relevanten Berufserfahrungen 
  • Relevante Praxiserfahrung in Bereichen wie der Unternehmenskommunikation, Graphikdesign, Corporate Design oder Social Media Management
  • Ein Gespür für funktionales Design
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
