Career Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a Process Analyst to work as independent contractor for our London office for a temporary (6-8 weeks) mission, ideally starting asap. The successful candidate will work together with Centralis Transformation Director.

You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Attending (in some cases leading) workshops with cross-functional and international teams of various levels of seniority
  • Supporting the Transformation Director in planning, scheduling and preparing for operational workshops (inputs and outputs)
  • Documenting the as-is operational processes (procedures, process maps, baseline KPIs)
  • Maintaining a centralised pain-points log, improvement opportunities log and benefits register for future-state initiatives
  • Identifying quick wins and improvement opportunities using process improvement methodologies
  • Supporting the Transformation Director in planning, scheduling and prioritizing improvement initiatives and future-state operations 

Your skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience in transformation & change, delivering operational improvement initiatives ideally in a management consultancy.
  • Prior experience in delivering operational improvement workstreams in medium to large-size corporates, including leading workshops.
  • Prior experience in financial services or fund administration. Exposure to private equity, real estate and large corporates a plus.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green qualifications (Green/Black Belt), strong academics preferred
  • Prior experience working cross-functionally, with tech and non-tech teams
  • Skilled in with Microsoft Office, including Visio and process improvement toolkits
  • Highly numerate – comfortable with quantification of process improvement benefits
  • Excellent communication, both written and oral – presents with clarity and confidence, adapting style to audience, collaborative approach.
  • Excellent time management skills – plan, schedules and prioritises effectively
  • Problem solver - strong attention to detail, identifies issues and opportunities proactively
  • Project Management qualifications a bonus

What we offer:

  • £500-550pd, outside IR35 (via own limited company)
  • London based, with possible travel within the UK to other Centralis-UK offices for workshops
  • 2 weeks’ notice period
