Job description
As a Principal Engineer Product Application, you will be responsible for:
As a Principal Engineer Product Application, you will be responsible for:
- Define the new components, by collecting the requirements based on the market and on the customer needs, analyzing and anticipating these needs;
- The datasheet of the products during their life cycle;
- Supervising the system validation tests during the product development phase;
- Answering RFI/RFQ received from customers, bringing technical guidance, technical solution, and evaluation working with product marketing and sales teams;
- Give internal support on a daily basis.
Your profile
You are a very communicative person with a self-driven working style that enables you to take ownership of your work and support others’ work. Your customers are always at the heart of your thoughts and actions and you are able to establish trusting and long-term relationships.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A Master’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Power Electronics or a related field;
- At least 7 years of experience in the field of semiconductors, gate drivers, smart switches or other relevant fields;
- You have a deep technical understanding in the field of expertise of the semiconductor component for power distribution and particularly gate drivers and MOSFETs.
- Ability to communicate and guide the customer’s needs; solve problems and work with cross-functional teams;
- Fluency in English.
