ACCOUNT DIRECTOR (F/M/D)

As Account Director, you will report directly to the divisional management, actively develop existing and new customers in your area and develop not only your account, but also yourself and your employees. With your passion for packaging or print media and your expertise in food, beverage, beauty and lifestyle brands, you have a good feel for the potential of creative ideas.

YOUR TASKS:

You look after and advise your customer base & actively expand customer relationships
You are involved in day-to-day operations, both with your own projects and as a leader for your team
You lead, manage & develop your own team, consisting of seniors and juniors
You ensure independent quality and cost management as well as a constant review of ongoing projects and work processes

YOUR PROFILE:

You have at least 7 years of professional experience (e.g. print-oriented agency or corporate marketing department) and an understanding of classic analog print processes/communication
You are proficient in crisis management for your clients and your team
You already have experience as a team leader of employees and/or project teams
You have experience as an interface between clients, consulting, creation and management
You are not afraid of the responsibility of an overall budget, budget controlling and project management
You like to present your work & put concentrated competence into your communication style
You have a feel for customers, especially in the beauty and food sector
You look after customers nationally and also internationally
