Job description
In your new role you will:
  • A degree in technical studies like Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Information Technology, preferably a PhD
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in the field of automotive and embedded software engineering, especially 2 - 3 years in automotive safety software
    Profound knowledge with different CPU cores like RISC-V, Tricore, ARMetc.
  • Proven ability to take leadership in you field of expertise
  • Experience on functional safety software concepts & standards likeISO26262 and ISO21434
  • Good communication & collaboration skills in English
Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Define the top-level software architecture optimized for Infineon automotive microcontroller
  • Be the key player for the definition of features and related software requirements in the area of embedded automotive safety software
  • Drive hardware/software co-design for new microcontroller platforms
  • Take ownership for the definition and execution of proof of concepts
  • Lead and conduct technical benchmarking activities
  • Participate as technical expert with our software partners
