In your new role you will:
- Be the trusted partner of choice for our Sales & Marketing Transformation and Digital Customer Interface department
- Design, develop and deploy with our developers the technical solutions for Community Insights
- Guide our team to create the best-in-class Developer Community ecosystem in the semiconductor market
- Take care about code reviews, test plans, monitoring, problem analysis, documentation, and also about optimization regarding performance, stability, maintainability and reusability
- Support and manage projects together with our business functions as well as with your close colleagues from IT.
- Ensure a stable operation for the technical environment of Community Insights, in close collaboration with our Infineon teams and external suppliers
- Present and discuss results on different management levels within IT and with our internal customers, e.g. Communication
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, information Systems and Management or a similar field, ideally with a focus on Web Technologies.
- Experience in Sales & Marketing environments would be a plus.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience with Cloud Technologies(AWS, OpenShift, Kubernetes), Java, SQL, RESTful APIs, databases and server-side technologies
- Practical experience in defining and implementing IT services and solutions
- Knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies, Continuous Integration / Continues Delivery and DevOps setups
- Passion for stable services and web application operations
- Excellent communication and analytical skills as well as strong interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional global teams
- Comfortable working in dynamic environment, solve complex problems and experience communicating technical solution with non-technical stakeholders
- Business fluent English skills, ideally very good German skills
