In your new role you will:
- Lead a team of engineers to perform line test handler maintenance and preventive maintenance
- Test Handler performance improvement (OEE, UPH)
- To monitor maintenance cost-effectiveness
- Team member's technical knowledge development
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering, with ideally 5+ years of working experience in Test Equipment or Maintenance Engineering in Semiconductor industry
- Strong people management skills
- Has experience in managing projects
- Strong proficiency in English with good communication skills
- Test Handler maintenance knowledge on RASCO3K, MT99, Delta Matrix.
